Who Is Orhan Savash?

I'm Orhan Savash — a founder and operator building AI-powered systems for global trade. I lead four companies across import cost intelligence, cross-border logistics, AI-driven hiring tools, and industrial manufacturing. The common thread isn't the industries — it's the approach: find problems that are expensive, structurally broken, and underserved by good technology, then build the thing that fixes them.

How I Got Here

I started in cross-border logistics and freight operations — not as a founder analyzing the industry from the outside, but as an operator moving goods across international borders. I spent years working across freight forwarding, customs brokerage, carrier relationships, and trade corridors. I learned how the global trade system actually works: where the friction lives, why costs are so opaque, and why so many import decisions get made on bad data.

The specific problem I kept encountering: businesses were consistently paying the wrong price for imported goods. Not because they were careless — because the information needed to calculate the real cost didn't exist in one place. Tariff rates lived in government databases. Freight costs came from individual forwarder quotes. Customs fees appeared only on the final invoice, weeks after the buying decision was made.

Nobody could see the full landed cost picture before committing to a purchase. That gap — between what importers think they'll pay and what they actually pay — is consistently 20–50% of the product price. That's the problem that led me to build Zentria Flow.

The Companies I Run

Zentria Flow is my primary focus — an AI-powered import cost intelligence platform that gives importers and businesses transparent, accurate visibility into their true landed costs before they buy. Founded in 2026, it's the direct product of everything I learned running freight operations.

Trazeroad is the cross-border logistics operation I've been building since 2024. It handles real international freight — coordinating shipments across Eurasian trade corridors, managing documentation, and working with carriers and customs brokers on the ground. The operational experience at Trazeroad feeds directly into the intelligence Zentria Flow builds.

FixerCV is an AI-powered CV optimization platform that helps candidates optimize their resumes for ATS compatibility and improve their hiring outcomes. It applies the same core logic as my trade work: identify an expensive information asymmetry, build a system to close it.

At ELBAER, I serve as Executive Director, bringing operational discipline to industrial manufacturing and production systems.

How I Think About Building

I don't build things to look impressive. I build to solve problems that cost real money and that the market hasn't fixed well yet. The question I ask before starting anything: if this exists, does it meaningfully change someone's economics? If the answer is yes, and if I can build it well, it's worth pursuing.

Every company I've built comes from direct experience with the problem. Zentria Flow came from watching importers overpay because they couldn't see their costs. Trazeroad came from seeing how fragmented and unreliable freight coordination was. FixerCV came from observing how the hiring process screens out genuinely qualified candidates through systems those candidates don't understand.

Where I Work From

I'm based in Istanbul and travel frequently — most of my business runs across the Middle Corridor and CIS countries, where the trade and logistics activity is. Istanbul is a natural hub for that: it sits at the intersection of Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, which is exactly where most of the freight and trade flows I work with move through.

At the same time, not everything I build is regional. Zentria Flow is incorporated in Delaware and built as a global company from day one — designed to serve importers anywhere in the world, not just within a specific corridor. The operational base is in the Middle Corridor and CIS; the product ambition is worldwide.
